After leasing or buying your new Subaru, you should consider having repairs handled by your local Subaru dealer. Consider them your first point of contact for proper care, maintenance and repairs because they will have the latest service bulletins and recall notices issued by the factory. In addition, you can be sure they will be using genuine Subaru replacement parts in making a repair.

Training

Subaru-certified repair mechanics have received a variety of training ranging from post-secondary school training and factory certified instruction on the latest tools and techniques. They will continue to take periodic tests to keep certification current.

Loan car policy

Certain Subaru dealers may offer loaner vehicles for their service customers although this is not a required practice.
