The Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Progam are the official names for dealer body shops and Mercedes-Benz certified independent shops to work on and repair Mercedes vehicles that have been in collisions. In some cases, they are body shops that are connected to M-B dealerships, or are highly regarded dealer-sponsored independent shops, known for high-quality work using specific Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. These certified Elite level shops are the only centers that are authorized to use specialized Mercedes-Benz tools and equipment for a specific repair.
