After purchasing your Ferrari, repairs are best left to a Ferrari factory-authorized dealer who is the first point of reference in the proper care and maintenance of your car. With such a specialized vehicle, they and factory-certified facilities will have firsthand knowledge of your Ferrari, as well as the latest recall notices and service bulletins as issued by the manufacturer.

In the case of a leased Ferrari vehicle, many of these contracts including those from Ferrari Financial Services (FFS) will require the use of genuine Ferrari original equipment parts when making the car whole again. There are typically no Ferrari loaner vehicles. If your Ferrari happens to be on the losing side of a shunt, your insurance company might provide alternative transportation. If it requires any sort of warranty repairs within the 3-year/unlimited mile warranty period, alternative transportation may be available under Ferrari’s warranty coverage. In the United States, Ferrari has a factory-approved network of six specialized collision and body repair centers throughout the country.
