After purchase of your Dodge Charger, Challenger, Durango, Journey or even the Grand Caravan, it always makes more sense to seek out repairs at your local Dodge or Chrysler, Dodge Jeep or Ram (CDJR) dealer who is the first point of reference in the proper care and maintenance of your vehicle. They, along with shops under the FCA Certified Collision Care Program, will have up-to-date information on your Dodge vehicle, in addition to the latest service bulletins and recall notices, as issued by the manufacturer.

In the case of a leased Dodge car, SUV or minivan, many of the lease contracts including those from Chrysler Capital, Dodge’s financial partner, will require the use of Mopar original equipment parts in the process of making the vehicle whole again. To avoid any surprises, check your policy. In some cases, insurance companies will pay only to a certain point, leaving you responsible for any additional costs.
